About our classes
Our main style at Fudoshin is Shotokan Karate, which is a dynamic, entire body workout that will not only improve your overall physical fitness, but is sure to improve your focus, concentration, and mental fortitude as well. Shotokan Karate is a traditional martial art which exercises the body and mind alike. Aside from being one of the most effective methods of self defense, Shotokan karate is an excellent form of stress management and aerobic exercise. Regular practice of the various techniques will help to develop your muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, concentration, focus, and overall fitness level.
Current schedule of classes:
Kids (ages 8+)
Tuesday/Friday, 4:00-4:45pm
Adults
Tuesday/Friday, 4:45-5:30pm

Fudoshin represents a peaceful state of total determination and unshakeable will which can be attained through many years of Martial Arts training. It is a mindset determined, filled with courage and endurance to surmount every obstacle that stands in the way. A mind that cannot be disturbed by confusion, hesitation, doubt, or fear.
About the instructor
Welcome to Fudoshin Martial Arts of New Hampshire! As a long-time practitioner of different martial arts styles, I am excited to pass along my knowledge to anyone who is interested in learning, and who strive to become better than they were yesterday. My main discipline is in the Japanese Traditional Martial Art of Shotokan Karate. I believe in, and am passionate about the mental and physical benefits that regular martial arts training offers both children and adults alike, and enjoy helping others attain their goals of leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle while learning invaluable self defense skills and becoming physically fit ~ Ryan
